Hands-on experience is required to apply to this field, we are offering a paid apprenticeship to meet this requirement. This is a yearlong program in partnership with Right Track. We are looking for City of St Paul young people to participate in this opportunity. |

Ages 14-18 |
3 Program Options: Conservation: Habitat restoration in St Paul parks and lead outreach in community around nature; Market Garden: Be involved in running a small urban farm, help with the whole process from seed to sale, growing a wide variety of vegetables, all of our farm plots are located on the East Side in St Paul. Cook Fresh: Learn how to transform the many products we grow on our farm into delicious meals, connect with your culture and identity and learn from your peers through food. |

Ages 15-18 |
Our hands-on, “earn as you learn” job training program, teaches essential employment skills to teens in youth-centered bakeries. 90 day commitment, new interns start every 3 months. |

Program is especially encouraging younger Latinx artists who want to develop their skills to move into or strengthen a creative career focused on building creative workforce development (portfolio building, personal and business financial planning, helping establish a creative business/ microenterprise and more!) |

These stipend paid ($15/hr) positions oversee the vision, focus, and programming of the venue to ensure the organization is staying on mission and acting to best meet the needs of the community. |
