Career Pathways - Internship Program for Teens

  • Looking for a guarenteed PAID internship next Summer? Do you want a head start in your career? Then our Career Pathways Program is for you!

    Sign up for our Career Pathways program where you will gain professional development skills to succeed in the real world! Get ahead of the curve by having real-work experience!

    What to expect:

    • -Ongoing training focusing on workforce development skills, ranging from time management to effective communication
    • -Workshops and projects to enhance their technology skills while also supporting workforce readiness
    • -Pre-Internship experiences, including mock interviews, a job shadow opportunity, and resume reviews
    • -Paid summer internship of at least 5 weeks and 100 hours with significant and substantial work
    • -1:1 advisory support and weekly mentoring from C2C Pathways Facilitator

    Applicants must be:

    • -16 years old by June 2023
    • -Eager to learn
    • -Be able to meet 1-2 times after school

    Program Duration: November 2022 - August 2023

    As we all know the workforce is incredibly competitive these days. Our Pathways Program is a great way to give your teens a head start in the workforce. Our last cohort were taught coding and are now thriving in their paid summer internships. Internship placement locations this year included Best Buy, Accenture, and New Vision.We are planning to do multiple tracks other than coding. This may include internships in creative arts or the business industry. We can also cater internships based on your teens area of interest!
