Discover your true self and build your confidence
This support group is designed to help teens discover their true selves and build up confidence in their identity. Group members will support each other as they learn about topics they are interested in, such as self-esteem, healthy relationships, body image, and physical and emotional wellness. Teens will discover their strengths and learn to advocate for themselves through group activities, art projects, and discussion.
Tuesdays, 4:30 - 6 p.m. October 24 - December 12
For ages 14 – 18 (must be enrolled in high school, no post high school 18-year-olds)

If you’re 17 and younger your parents will need to give their consent for you to work with us. Below is a link to our Mental Health Intake Packet for clients under 18. You will put in your name and email, as well as your parent or guardian’s name and email. You and your parent will then be emailed forms from Docusign to fill out. Once completed, a Face to Face mental health staff member will reach out to you to schedule your first appointment.
