Youth Employment Program - ULEAD

  • What do you want to be? What can you be? Let’s find out!

YWCA St. Paul helps young people ages 16-24 explore possible career opportunities by providing paid experiential learning opportunities to gain first-hand knowledge and experience in their career field of interest for up to 12 weeks.

Get paid to learn! YWCA St. Paul Youth Support Specialist offers career-readiness workshops and coaching for youth to explore career fields, gain a better understanding of skills and interests, and build your confidence in and beyond the workplace.

Earn money while exploring work and education opportunities as they interest you. You are in control of your own future.

All ULEAD workshops are offered remotely for the safety of staff and participants.
