Congratulations 2022-23 Activators!

The Sprockets Activator Cycle is designed to guide programs through a continuous improvement process, helping them collect data in multiple areas and then use that data to guide their improvement.

Sprockets Activators know that high quality programs don't happen by accident.  It takes intentional progam design, skilled youth workers, and the time and dedication to adjust programs to make them even better. We celebrate this year's Activators for their commitment to continuously improving their programs in order to provide greater benefits to the youth who participate. 

This work is hard, and we applaud all programs supporting young people in community. We are especially appreciative of these programs that continued to take time together to reflect on how they were operating and how they can continue to provide high quality opportunities for all young people in the midst of al the recent change.

Congratulations to the following programs that completed the 2022-23 Activator Cycle, a year-long committment to Assess-Plan-Improve their program.

 *As part of the Activator Cycles, these programs have collected data, huddled as a team to make meaning of the data, and submitted an improvement plan that meets the needs of their specific programs.

We look forward to reconnecting with partners building back data collection and utilization wherever you are with your programs.
