Congratulations to this year's Activators

The Sprockets Activator Cycle is designed to guide programs through a continuous improvement process, helping them collect data in multiple areas and then use that data to guide their improvement.

Sprockets Activators know that high quality programs don't happen by accident.  It takes intentional progam design, skilled youth workers, and the time and dedication to adjust programs to make them even better. We celebrate this year's Activators for their commitment to continuously improving their programs in order to provide greater benefits to the youth who participate.

During the pandemic all programs find themselves evaluating in different ways.  What programs are needed? How will our programs operate today? Tomorrow? Next week? Some programs are still recovering from the major adjustments that have happened over the past two years.

This work is hard, and we applaud all programs supporting young people in community. We are especially appreciative of these programs that continued to take time together to reflect on how they were operating and how they can continue to provide high quality opportunities for all young people in the midst of al the recent change.

If your program is interested in learning more about the Activator Cycle, REGISTER NOW for the CPI Intro session Monday, August 15th 10:00am-11:00am.
